A1 Rushmoor Taxis

Booked a taxi two days in advance for 5.30am so I could catch a 5.56 train. It hadn't shown up by 5.37 so I called, only to be told they don't guarantee a booking time, they "only try to get as close to it as possible". Taxi eventually arrived at 5.43. Not acceptable. Guaranteeing arrival time should be more than possible with that much notice.

They get two stars because the driver himself was lovely and because I *just* made the train.

I won't be using them again though.

Most disgusting service I have ever recieved! I will be phoning first thing Monday morning to complain! (Please note the taxi driver himself was fantastic - just the phone and booking staff that have no customer service skills what so ever and point blank refused to correct there mistake even after admitting it was their error! Meaning we had to pay double the price for the taxi we booked with them- which was also 39 minutes late! Completely unexceptional service!!

I don't normally write reviews but the service is so poor and this is the second time I've had a problem with them. The taxi didn't turn up at the arranged time and when I called all they could repeatedly tell me is 'we are trying to arrange a driver', with no estimation on when someone could arrive and no empathy / customer service skills. I cancelled and rebooked with a more reliable company. Don't bother with A1 Rushmoor.

Used this company in the morning overall was good. The nightmare happened to when I tried to book an return ride. Lady on the phone was not very polite and hang up when I asked for receipt if they need to charge deposit on my card. I will not use this taxi company ever again.

Normally Rushmoor are not bad, but last night I ordered, with almost an hour's notice, a cab to meet me from a train at Ash Vale station at 10.45pm. I said I was travelling alone, so assumed being a lone female at night, my taxi would be on time. It wasn't and after waiting, I called to be told they'd struggled with drivers and two were just coming available a good 15 minutes away, so I walked home. I had tried to be safe, but they let me down, without any phone call or text warning either.

Very poor service. Called a taxi from train. Asked for 8.10pm. Got told 8.15pm and thought that was fair enough. Nothing still at 8.30pm. Phoned again and got told "we're not busy but one on the way" ....no ETA, no apology. Still waiting as I write this!! Will call A-Line next time as much more reliable.

Friendly drivers mostly, usually good and quick service. Good fare prices. Would recommend!

Absolute scum taxi service, taxi booked for pick up me and my partner from brewers fayre. We stood outside when my partner started to feel unwell so sat her down, now she is recovering from cancer when the driver pulledup he took one look at her muttered something through the window and drove off no questions nothing, tried to rebook then got a text.... yes a text saying second taxi had been cancelled as first taxi reported we were drunk, taxi was a silver T5 VW (he won't be hard to find)
You haven't even got the decency to call just a text that's plain shocking (lack of) service.

Took booking for 8 people at 2pm for 10pm on xmas day (£40 per taxi ouch! But fair enough it's Xmas day) 10pm no taxi arrived. Called same number "did they ask for a deposit when you booked the taxi" "No" i said. "In that case we can't send anyone".
Total wankers. Find a decent service instead. You cannot rely on these people.
