Will never use this firm again. Very unprofessional!

Wouldn't use this taxi firm again, the hotel booked this firm for us to a venue and back, was ok going but didn't turn up to take us back. Phoned and was told it hadn't been booked ( I had been at hotel reception when the call was made).had to wait another 15 minutes by this time the fare had gone up as it was after midnight! Driver was erratic and doing well over speed limit. Not a good representation for the firm.

I was stuck at Alvechurch Railway station and after calling several Taxi Firms in the area these people came, took me to my destination (1 mile from the station) waited and returned myself to the station at a very reasonable price. Maybe the other firms thought it wasn't worth it. I will use A1 next time i'm in the area. Brilliant.

Awful. Travelling 7.5 miles and charged 15 pound in the afternoon. Not even a peak time. App gave an estimated price and it was 33% more. When I called to question, I was told, by Donna (who has eight years experience) I should phone around for a price before complaining. Customer service at it's finest

Tried to charge double the original price for a 5 minute journey quoted over the phone, what a joke, devious company, do not use them.

Absolutely brilliant can't fault them at all. Friendly, chatty driver, got us to our destination quick, very good price. Driver was so lovely and helpful we gave him a tip. Definitely use this service again. Thank you xxx

A criminal organisation fronted by a few cars. Make sure you use this company if you want to be driven around by a thug who will drag you to the nearest cash point to fleece you of your hard-earned cash.

Left us waiting an hour last night in the cold from midnight to 1am, following a mistake by the office. Customer service was awful. Avoid at all costs. Ruined what was otherwise a good night.
