This review is for the night shift driver called Ryan! Ryan was so helpful tonight after my friend had left her phone in the taxi and came back to my address with it for no extra charge. If this could be passed on I’d be very greatful! Thank you Ryan & we will be asking for you in the future! Full of great chat and very friendly too �

There was no taxis literally last night after work so I walked down to near the bus station and found this place and they was very kind, polite and cheap

I use these cabs at least 3 times a week for the past two years, only been late twice, but today the driver was really good, I was telling him about these clowns and I'm quite scared so he made sure I got to my door safe and he would chase it down if one came � he was a real decent guy , the women in the office are lovely as well x

Considering they recognise me now it's awesome to get a driver you talk to. Friendly conversations make for a comfortable journey. Always use a2b!! :-)

Navid; driver 101, took us home last night to Nassington and got us safely through the ice. We just want to say he's a G and to keep listening to R&B���

Generally would give 5 star reviews. But is charging me £6 to get from Woodston to town going to become a regular thing or was it a 1 off cash in, I get your taxis practically everyday to get to work and it's always £4? Had there been a price increase or has tonight just had bad business?

We have A2B taxes for our set nite out for the last 11 years so they carnt be that bad plus we had them to take us by taxs to Gatwick in June for our hour great .the driver was brilliant there and back .

Was doing so well, some very good drivers but a few who just couldn't care less. However, the reason I will no longer be using this firm is due to the operators. Despite telling me on numerous occasions that it says on their screen that I only want saloon cars (who calls a private hire firm for a Hackney cab which is more uncomfortable than a bus and can be waved down on the streets?) they totally ignore my request, even when I specify during the call. How does a service industry work when it loses its customers? 5 strikes and I'm now out

When registering a credit card on the app it takes £1.01 from your card before you've even booked . The first time was declined so i re registered thinking I.d made a mistake , then registered another card before I realised so they took £3.03 before I'd even booked a car. It's not the money I'm annoyed about , it's the principle . Taxis are expensive as it is..

There drivers are rude & unhelpful stay away!!!!

So the driver of the taxi was constantly on his phone the whole journey, speeding which made him end up losing control of the car and smashing into a post, he took the money of me and went on his way. I ended up in a&e with whiplash and they don't want to take any responsibility.

I've always used a2b cars with no problem but was appalled by their service today. My taxi was 15 minutes late which meant that I missed my train, only to be told by the driver that despite pre booking 45 minutes in advance, drivers are givens the job 15 minutes before so if they're 'late, they're late' despite the fact they know it's rush hour so should account for this. Upon complaining I'm told my lift home from the station would be free, yet when I called tonight to book my taxi I'm told there is 'no record of this' and that there are 'no managers on shift' absolutely disgusted with the service and would never use a2b again.

Haven't used them since 2015 when the driver I had knocked a lady over who was crossing the road on Broadway. He turned without looking and drove off. When a passer by helping the lady asked the driver "why didn't you look?" His reply was "she should look where she was going!"... and drove off. Didn't even ask if she was okay, let alone get out to assist her, or pick up everything that had fallen out of her handbag or the shoe that flew off her foot! he had the doors in the car locked, dropped me off a few metres down after I told him to let me out, but wouldn't unlock the door until the payment was handed over. Called an ambulance and then Rang the taxi company to tell them what happened and didn't even get a sorry, just a "we will look into this"... nah. Never again.

Going to the papers about this company, had a taxi driver steal my mobile and then drive off with his doors open and my leg hanging out for over a mile, technically kidnap and theft

Get a taxi after a long days work go to pay the driver and he doesn't have change for a £10 note then insists on driving you to the shop so he can get some change - got a taxi because it would be quicker to get home, unfortunately not the case. Will never use again.

Dark coloured Skoda driving from Fletton Ave towards Whittlesey Road at 6am today tailgating!!!! Please remind your drivers there is a speed limit and tailgating is against the law!!! Maybe he needs to retake his driving test???

Always use your taxi,but tonight I'm totally disappointed in your company. Ordered a taxi at 4 in the morning my dog was, had to go to a veterinary clinic for the surgery, the dog was very bad and almost died.My wife and I with a dog and so stressed out worrying about pet, did not expect such a rude driver. We did not know the address and told the driver what we were told at the clinic.I thought he heard us, and take us to the address.But the driver did not know the address of this clinic. Then was rude to us. And took us on a half pound more than I always pay to the city..How can I know where to stay if you don't know where this street is???This morning when I came back you didn't have a car which is transporting dogs.I'm none of your friends will not recommend your company more terrible attitude to customers.Throw your phone from their directory.Find qualified drivers are not rude and know the streets of the city in which they work.
