Hi, I'm Andy Jones owner of A2B Pest Control Ltd, a small family run business based in Farnborough, Hampshire. I am from a military background, and was brought up in a small village, near Petersfield in Hampshire. I set up this business after I retired from the Metropolitan Police having completed 30 years service. Since my childhood, I have been involved in, in one way shape or form with pest control and kept my hand in whilst serving in the police (no I don't mean the criminals). I am a big believer in ongoing training and always seem to have a course booked to improve my skill set. Most of my training is carried out with the British Pest Control Association and I currently hold the Royal Society for Public Health Level 2 Award in Pest Management, amongst others. We at A2B Pest Control Ltd follow a philosophy of, it's better to educate, than it is to eradicate. We would rather give sound advice and prevent a pest problem, than have to start killing mother natures creatures. Dependant on pest type and within guidance of the law, we will dispose of pests, only when all other methods have been considered unsuitable and use the most effective, humane and most environmentally friendly means at our disposal. A2B Pest Control Ltd are working toward becoming a full member of the British Pest Control Association and follow their guidelines and codes of practice. A2B Pest Control Ltd is also fully supportive of the Campaign for Responsible Rodenticide Use.
