I rang for a taxi he hung up and said he cant understand was so rude and he would not answer the phone arfter for a hour

We hired a London style black cab for our wedding for the bride and Father of the bride to arrive at our wedding venue in, along with normal taxis for our other guests. We were very impressed with A2B taxi's communication when organising so many taxis at different times, from different locations and with the service on the day. My wife and father in law also really enjoyed their journey in the black cab. The driver was very cheerful and helpful and really added to the excitement on the journey. My father in law is still talking about it now! Thank you!

We arranged for a black cab to take our daughter and Son in law to their hotel following their wedding reception. The black cab turned up on time, polished to within an inch of its life with white ribbons and bows. The driver was so friendly and really made the bride and groom feel very special. As we used to live in London the Black Cab was synonymous, with all things British and marrying a chap from America with lots of American guests meant this went down a treat. Excellent service. My wife is wheelchair dependant and the drivers were fantastic with her.Highly recommend to any disabled person and there carer.5 stars and more.We are not from Norwich and there excellent service goes beyond that fine city.

I have used A2B taxis on several occasions at short notice and with time constraints, I have found them to be a swiftly responding and speedy service. Their drivers are polite, their cars clean and comfortable, and their fares reasonable. I would happily recommend them to anyone in need of a swift lift.

A2B taxis are amazing. Since breaking my leg I feared I'd never leave the house again, especially as having my leg in a fixed position I knew I would need specialist transport. From day one I have been happy. They wheel me door to door, help me feel safe and secure in a taxi. As I book them weekly they ensure where possible I have the same driver.

Called to book a taxi. Said they would come in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later, no taxi. So we called to ask if the taxi was on its way. The person on the other end said the taxi had already been to our location and gone. This was a lie given that my partner and I had been standing out in the cold, watching vigilantly for our taxi. Our taxi was no where to be seen. Such poor service if they are going to lie to their customers. If it was true that the taxi had been and hone (unlikely) they could have said so we could have got another taxi.
