Recently we converted Droylsden Academy sports hall to LED fittings saving over 50% savings. To add even more savings we have installed Microwave detectors to detect movement. After a preset time of no movement, the lighting will dim for a period of time then turn the lighting off. Furthermore reducing energy wastage and saving the client even more money. We recently did a full Sports hall lighting change at Droylsden Academy replacing their 6x55W TCL light fittings with 180W LED sports light fittings. The difference was amazing and also cut their electricity consumption by 45%
38 Fittings were replaced bringing consumption from 12,540W to 6,840W saving 5,700w of electricity
We assessed the previous lighting mounting and made our own custom made bracket to adapt the new fittings onto them.
