Rang with a problem with boiler. Came out same day and sorted it. Very tidy and punctual. Would recommend.

Its just near Christmas (3 days before), and my boiler broke down so thought I would be having a very cold time of it over the festive period due to everyone including Heating Engineers winding down for the holidays.
Not so thankfully!! - I called AA Gas Services and Lee answered, he was very helpful and informed me that he would get one of the Engineers to call me back to arrange an appointment - The Engineer, Darren, called me back within half an hour and arranged to come down at 9:30 the next morning.
Darren called me the next morning to inform me that he would be a little late and I thought this was a nice gesture and excellent customer service, particularly as it was literally only a few minutes.
He was very friendly as well as well as professional and even had a look at the electrics on my Immersion Heater at my request.
I'm very satisfied with the service I got from these guys at a very reasonable price and wont be looking anywhere else for any future works I need doing on water/heating/plumbing services.

Darren and Lee came to fix my boiler at the beginning of November. They were very professional, neat and tidy workers. I opted for a change from a system boiler to a combi boiler, this meant i had to get a new 28mm pipe to cope with the pressure as i live in a three storey house and the boiler was on the bottom floor. Other gas fitters wanted to put the new pipe the full length of my hallway, and this would be charged extra to the fixed price i wasn't keen on this idea and I wanted a fixed price that meant fixed. Lee said he would put the pipe under the floorboard as that's how he would do it in his own house so got the job! As the job took a bit longer and i had to work, i trusted them to finish the job while i was at work. I chose a Ideal Vogue boiler with a ten year guarantee. Everything is working beautifully and i am getting hot water quicker and hotter than before. Thanks guys.
