Part of the 3AAA group of companies the Accounting Academy Partnership specialises in the delivery of Accounting Apprenticeships. We aim to provide the next generation of Accounting Technicians to feed the demand for young and dynamic qualified professionals through the delivery of the highly regarded AAT qualification. This award has an assessment regime that ensures that the skills are fully practiced and understood. We are unique in that we partner with local Colleges who already have the infrastructure and facilities. We have Academies in North Hertfordshire, South Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire with plans to open centres across England. Apprenticeships can make your organisation more effective, productive and competitive by addressing your skills gaps directly, even in uncertain economic times. The Apprenticeship can be viewed in two ways: AAP are constantly interviewing learners for the Apprenticeship. We will always have a bank of learners who have already been interviewed and assessed taking the burden off you for the recruitment of accounting trainees. Our intake consultant is able to take the details of your job description and publish this for application by our existing learners. Alternatively the apprenticeship is open to existing employees provided you can release them for the study element of the programme.
