Level pitches, hard ground over entire first field (u will need short large diameter pegs) good cover from wind available, everything is a car journey ie shops, eateries etc, firepits grossly overpriced advise taking your own or something to prevent the ground being scorched, farmer is polite and area has beautiful views

Beautiful campsite. Facilities were basic, but we knew this before we booked. Will definitely be going back =]
Expensive for a site with no showers and rudimentary toliets – which then stopped working while we were there. Nice enough but fairly limited view, nice area, but the everywhere we've stayed for that price before has had decent showers and washing up block.
Wonderful campsite, choice of 3 fields. Beautiful views and welcoming host. I'm a total novice and he could not have been more welcoming and helpful.
