Established in 1990, ABa Quality Monitoring Ltd is now the UK’s largest provider of operationally focused, bespoke mystery shopping and customer experience tools.

We help our clients gain clarity of vision and understanding of the customer experience across every customer touch point, in any industry sector. By working in partnership with our clients, we help to cultivate and embed service excellence, making a real and tangible difference to our clients and their customers.

We have never sought to follow our competitors, but to lead the market through the constant evolution of our service in response to the developing needs of our clients. We offer all standard mystery shopping tools (such as visits, calls, multi-channelled programmes, etc. ) however, we will never be constrained through the utilisation of a franchised mystery shopping solution, which is becoming ever more prevalent in our industry. Our service offer has evolved over time as we have responded to individual client needs. In addition to our core business proposition we also offer compliance audits, contact centre monitoring, voice of customer and colleague training, to complement and enhance our mystery customer programmes.
