Really great system, I'm a bit computer illiterate, but the Abax team were so helpful in showing me how to use their system. Chris with the tattoos was great
ABAX Runs Brilliant software that has made our fleet management run more efficiently and coherently with the current systems we have in place, Highly recommend them. Had a trial with them in which their sales guys were very understandable around our hesitation of tracking but after we decided to go with them and realized the convenience of the system we never looked back.
Software is atrocious. Full of bugs. Their customer communication / care is none existent. Feels like their development is done by a hobbyist programmer. No testing appears to be done of their software.
I have lost all confidence in their product since we wrongly accused a driver of starting late one day (according to our report), but clearly on his report it stated the correct time!
Annoying that glaring problems with the software don't get patched for months/years. And when patches are installed, it breaks other stuff.
Phantom Tracking System / Fleetmiles may be a better solution to tracking vehicles.
Being able to install this by myself really made the difference.
