Our Insurance Manager, Mandy, was over the moon today when she received some beautiful flowers, chocolates and a card addressed to herself to thank her for her help with a clients insurance claim.
Mandy and Liz make up our insurance team and work very hard behind the scenes dealing with all aspects of insurance claims for all of our 8 branches - as you can imagine this covers a lot of patients and can quite often be a very challenging role.
Well done Mandy 👏👏👏

Coco’s parents had to improvise for a while when Coco’s buster collar broke - an empty wine box did the trick 🙊
