My husband and I planned our wedding in 6 weeks so needed to find a dress quickly. The lady on the phone was very helpful and understanding. She fitted me in that day and stayed late for me. I tried on a range of styles, the lady was honest and very helpful suggesting dresses, hair and shoe ideas. I found my perfect dress and took it home that day! Thank you for your help my mum and I couldn’t have done it without you.
I was recommended by a friend and very glad I was! A huge selection of dresses at fabulous prices! Such a range of styles.
I'm a size 6-8 and found it hard at other wedding dress shops trying on larger sizes as it's hard to see what they would actually look like. Here they had all sizes and lots in smaller sizes. I found my perfect dress at an amazing price!
Found my perfect dress, so many to pick from but Karen had a great eye for what suited me. Great value for money.
Should have turned around and walked back out again as soon as I walked in. Didn't enjoy one part of the experience in this shop unfortunately!
Rang to make an appointment/to discuss options. The lady on the phone was very abrupt, rude and dismissive and basically told me to go elsewhere and decide what I wanted before coming to her and "wasting her time". Maybe people's experiences are better once you get through the door, but with service like that, I certainly didn't feel like coming to the shop.
