I ordered the no1 Grandad photo frame, with individual photos put in the lettering. Wasnt expecting it to be good quality for the price, but was shocked.. Not only was the delivery really quick, the quality of the photos and frame was amazing! I shall defiantly be recommending to family and friends, and will be most defiantly be using them again myself ��

I ordered a mummy picture frame from this company and it was amazing and such good value for mummy it included a personalised increption.They contacted me as one of the photos was of poor quality rather than just going ahead and using it,which I really appreciated.I had a choice of colour for the frame.





The only problem was not being able to order it for a quicker delivery slot but I guess this is due to the photos having to be added.

Have had 2 prints from here and the quality is very good. However, make sure you ask for a proof of your print. You are not made aware that you can do this in the ordering process, only if you happen to read the FAQs. You can also send a note in with your order if there are specific words that are more or less important to you, again it would be good to know this when you place the order.

Terrible Service would not recommend ABC prints at all I have never know a company like it and do not understand how they have 100% feedback on Ebay!! oh yes I do because it is set so you can only give them 5 stars!!! I ordered a keyring which is Sentimental pics of my late grandparents, I explained I have not received item, they said they have proof it was sent, however I explained this has not gone through my letterbox, I was then made out to be a liar by being told it would have been put through my letter box I must of miss placed it. Unbelievable!!! I have asked them first of all kindly would they resend it (not caring of what the keyring actually meant to me) they said NO as we have already sent it. They have not responded to my last email as I have told them this is disgusting and unprofessional behaviour for a company to act like this and I want a refund or my keyring resent. This is for a Xmas present and most companies would be sympathetic and send another, but instead I get made out to be a liar. It's obviously been delivered to the wrong address!!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Make sure you ask for a proof before they send the print out as I didn't know you could! My print came for my mum & dads silver wedding Anniversary and they had put one of the children's names right beside the word Mr & Mrs so the print now reads mr&Mrs Adam all in same print and size. When I complained they said there was nothing they could do i would have to re-order after already paying £30! They said if I ordered the print they would give me a £4 discount at the checkout. What am I to do? so i re-ordered. I asked for a proof and made notes about no names to be put beside mr&mrs. The print came and all seemed fine untill I go to put the new print in the frame that I purchased (which has sat in the box since the first print came) to find the plastic they use instead of glass is scratched and marked all over! Sorry won't ever use this company again.
