Have been storing at ABC in Camden for 6 years and the service has always been excellent. There is never anything that they are unable to help with and im sure i can be rather difficult at times! if ever i need anything at all the staff there always come through with a solution. I have had to use many businesses throughout my life, but I can place ABC as one of the very top, if not one of the top businesses currently operating.
I believe that 99% of this is due to the staff.
The staff are professional, friendly, helpful, kind, honest, trustworthy and always greet you with an honest smile.
They will go out of their way to assist you with any query or problem regarding storage - nothing is too much trouble. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff.
They go above and beyond, that is why it is such a pleasure to be with ABC, that is why it is such a success.
The premises are spotless, the prices are good - the hours are good.
It is a great pleasure to use ABC.

Fantastic service. Really competitive prices. My only downside is the access lifts to the floors and trolley sizes are slightly smaller than other storage places so may take longer to load/offload your goods, though I cannot see how they would get around this. You can still fit two trolleys in the lifts, which was good enough. Their service more than makes up for this, which is why I've rated 5/5.

Built from a converted John Lewis Warehouse so the design is a bit odd inside - staff friendly but it ins't open in the day for long.

Staff are always very helpful. They are also open at convenient times so I can visit unit before/after work if needed.
