To transform the relationship with public services from one expecting to be provided for, to one working in partnership with. We are volunteers encouraging fellow residents to come together to do what they are passionate about. Whilst we have forged strong partnership links within the council we are not part of it. The #KeepLutonTidy campaign is just the start of this journey and derives from the passions of the founders, and comments from people we interact with.
