DAYTIME CLASSES will be launching next week for just £5 per session over August!
We have 5 morning classes being trialled over the next month with TOTAL BARRE, LEGS, BUMS + TUMS, BOXFIT, PILATES and HATHA YOGA! If you would like to give any of these a go, please book in now via the MindBody app!
... The more interest we gain the more classes we'll add! Plus if you have any requests/time suggestions for classes you'd like to see on our daytime timetable, please let us know! Hello you lovely lot!
I can't believe it's been 3 months since opening the studio! I would like to thank you all for your continued support, whether it be attending a class, becoming a member or working your butts off and giving it 100% in your sessions! It really is a pleasure teaching and getting to know you all, so thank you so much.
The studio is ever evolving and I'm delighted to announce the timetable will be expanding over the next few months starting with the re-laun...ch of our daytime classes this September. We also have a Freelance PT starting soon... He will be kicking off with some very tempting offers!
