I just love this shop, the clothes are fantastic and the quality is great. Clothes look great after loads of washes. I just wished there were more stores in the UK and that my house would smell like and Abercrombie store! The staff are really friendly and helpful too, nothing is too much trouble for them!

Lovely and spacious, however couldn't reach the item I wanted as it was on a shelf that even a member of staff had to climb in order to reach it. Also, it seemed difficult to find a member of staff to ask for help, in order to reach said item.

You need more comfy sofas and chairs for the non shopping, credit card weilding, chaperones to sit on

The most rude people in London work in here! This is not a shop that Abercrombie should be proud of. The service is so poor in comparison to over the pond!!

I've shopped at A&F for many years now first in USA now here in U.K. The quality of the garments has declined considerably over the passed 2 years they used to be thick hard wearing now they are thing and lose shape quickly. The company has obviously tried to cut its costs...

Very disappointed with the online service in UK. I have bought a gift in the black friday and I waited 10 days to receive the item and that came wrong. I received the item of other customer. So the staff changed my item with other customer. Now I returned the item and have to wait that arrive into Abercrombie warehouse for them sent my right items. This is ridiculous! I hope the gifts arriving before Christmas day.

Sales associate was horrifically rude and borderline racist to two Spanish friends of mine who were visiting. I was mortified to hear about their experience and would strongly discourage anyone from visiting this store.
