I'm a level 3 personal trainer based at Fitness Focus Clavering. I aim to create fun yet effective PT sessions to gain the results you want!

My name is Abi Daniels and I recently passed my Level 3 personal training qualification. Growing up I have always been active mainly through horse riding however in the recent years found a love for the gym. I aim to make all of my sessions as enjoyable as possible whilst gaining the results each individual wants to achieve.
