Not something I normally do but yesterday I was working in a lady’s house fixing her boiler and her electric oven had broken and she has a Sunday meal to cook for all her family 😣she asked me could I possibly have a look for her,I diagnosed the oven element picked one up and fitted it today safe to say she is made up 😀

Got a combi boiler and getting symptoms of constant losing pressure and hot water cycling hot and cold like this Baxi today Blocked plate heat exchanger which can most of the time be cleaned out and the expansion vessel just needs recharging All now working and customer made up they don’t need new expensive parts 😀
