We had our house on the market for nearly 3 years (rural property) and after failed attempts from 2 leading estate agents, we decided to try Aboda, I'm only sorry we didn't choose them from the start. There was hardly a weekend that went by without 1 or more viewings and within a few months, Alex had sold the house (actually 2 offers at the end).! Probably the easiest review ever written as thanks to Alex and his extremely well organised setup, my wife and I are now able to enjoy our new venture in the Far East.

In our opinion, Aboda Homes are the only Estate Agents that have demonstrated great work ethics, commitment to the task given and great professionalism in getting people through the door. Moreover, Alex is the only agent who learns by heart every little aspect of the property and then explains to the potential buyers all the pros of the area and the property itself, showing people around every time a viewing is booked.

Great patience and clarity with the buyers and very little left for us to do has resulted in 5 offers from 5 viewings with one of them giving us the sale we needed to close a chapter in our life without having to wait too long.
