Great takeaway

WORST TAKE OUT EXPERIANCE EVER!!!!!

I ordered food for me and my family at 8 o'clock, I called ahead to confirm the time, which they confirmed would be 9 o'clock. A little late I can deal with. 2 and a half hours I can not! I called several times of which they did not answer!
After finally getting through they where extremely rude and started being very aggressive towards me down the phone. Excuse after excuse followed one of which was they have just received a large order after mine, the other that the manager/owner was not present. Both kids fell asleep, without eating, and we have also not eaten this evening!

I shall never use this take away again and shall urge others not too also.

The last comment which I must add was ' what ever' followed by swearing. Apauling!

Food is always great but if you live in villages and out of town be prepared for a long wait it's just hit 2hrs starting to get over the hunger stage now!!!!! You have been warmed!! !!
