Not a bad taxi company

Used this company regular when I was working in bawtry. Best cab company I've ever used. All the drivers I had was professional and nice. Had rather good conversation with them. Put up with me when I was wired on cocaine and often made their motor smell of cannabis (always compensated for it)
Would definitely recommend

I have used absolute for a while which most of time is very fair priced and nice to you.
Today I booked a taxi from A to B was at mine withing 10 mins from booking.
Took me the longest way he could find, fact he had 2 turns to go where I wanted but took all way around OK I am unhappy about if few quid will survive, then as we are approaching my house I check in meter says £10 then mintue later as we park he takes his ohaone then says its 14.50... I'm like why then rudely said, you think me driving to your from town is included or something like that. I said you came from woodlands it was on app. If you don't believe me call the office. I be honest I paid for it as was getting heated. But I did call office from different number and asked how much it would be. 9 50 they said why I paid extra?! Hmm sure

Jaan, my driver, was very friendly and polite. The BMW I was driven in was comfortable for a long journey and the massage seat was a nice surprise which made it a relaxing trip. Great service.

Absolutely appalling service. Would not recommend. Very easy to a pull a race card when no racial abuse has been said. Driver does not like a young lady asking them to take care of mum and dad. Still gobsmacked and think the driver is racist to the British way of life and not nice versa !!!

Fantastic service we had a pickup for airport for 3am lots of messages to say where they were and when they arrived outside .while in the car i got a text saying how much the fare was .definitely using them again

Had to call these guys at reasonably short notice for a six seat taxi, They arrived promptly and the fare was competitive. Would recommend.

Ok app, quite difficult to search or input on postcodes. Useful for updates and booking ahead.

Drivers or call operators don't know where a lot of places are. Have to give them post codes or use my google maps to help them. Not ideal for someone travelling to the area for business.

Great cab service with online app for even easier order of cabs. Nice helpful drivers with messages letting you know where cabs are up to date information.

Rang for a pick up this morning whilst at Dublin airport asking to be collected from Doncaster Airport. Chap took all of my details and I got an immediate text confirmation. Switched my phone on when landed and I have another text saying they are not coming because they have no flight number! They didn't ask for one!
Rang them up and the lady said oh, we've been trying to call you to which my response was well I'm hardly going to answer my phone 24,000 feet in the air am I.

Now in a black cab!

Great service very cheap

Love Absolute we use them all the time, we only use someone else if we really really have to and that's not very often. Love the app and that they keep you up to date by text about your car. The drivers are safe when my daughter was at school I was happy to let her go alone with Absolutes drivers as I find them very trust worthy. Their cars are always clean and smell lovely and when we order our cab from base when we are in town, again staff are lovely good at their jobs and base is always clean and tidy. The only slight gripe I have is when we order the taxi always turns up far to early so if we are not quite ready we feel a little pressured, even though really the taxi is a good 7-8 mins early. We rush around thinking we can't make wait that long or he may leave ( they never have by the way ). So please just check your times if we order for 15 minutes time we don't want our taxi to arrive within 4 minutes please other than that. Best taxi company in Doncaster. I would happily of given 5 stars if it wasn't for the early turn up of the cabs xxx

Do not use this company ever. Absolutely shocking service and seem to just make prices up how they feel. £30 for a 8 mile journey and no explanation as to why. Plenty of other companies that are out there are far better, thought I would try absolute cabs but wish I hadn't. Sort your service out its absolutely shocking
