We always use absolute cabs the most reliable taxi company in doncaster absolute is the best by so far our company El Toro is using it everyday never had a problem even on the most busiest Saturday night when every other company are so busy, they sort our staff out with no problem!they treat us like V.I.P. thank you absolute�

Use these every week, trustworthy and reliable. The staff are always friendly and polite and have never had to wait very long when we go to office. I would def recommend them unlike some other companies 😁

So sorry for the late review but I have to give my upmost praise to these angels that saved our holiday! Our flight from Doncaster had been cancelled and we had been put on a flight to Manchester the morning afterwards, the ‘Beast from the East’ was causing havoc on the roads and every taxi firm I called refused to take us from donny to Manchester (understandable!!) then a wonderful woman called Kerry came through and sorted us a taxi out with hours to spare, the taxi arrived at 6am and set off, unfortunately the roads were horrendous but the wonderful taxi driver persisted to get us there, we hit the M62 and anyone else would have turned round but this angel decided to carry on, I’ve no idea if he got home that day but we managed by the skin of our teeth to get our flight and had a wonderful holiday, so thankyou for everything you did for us! If I am ever to use a taxi in Doncaster again I know who to ring! �����

Picked up on time able to change return journey time with no problems again arrived on time after txt to say on his way will be using agagin !

I have used absolute for many months and have recommended the ap to many people, they are very reliable and friendly. I lost my phone last night after a ride home in one of their cabs , I called the office to be told my phone was safe and waiting to be collected. thank you :-)

I have only been working at absolute for just over a month and I just wanted to say that they took me in and welcomed me in I settled in straight away yeah I am guna miss everybody but I just wanted to say Thank you for letting me be apart of your team and I have made some nice funny and crazy people including drivers as well so I just wanted to say thank you so much xx

Amazing service phoned for a wheelchair taxi to get my dad home from Doncaster hospital after he’d been waiting all day for hospital transport they had a taxi and sent it round within 10 minutes and even came back for him after they didn’t get him down to them in time thank you so much it meant a lot to us

Would of given 5 * the driver that picked us up driver 21 was spot on we was crashed into by another car the driver made sure me n my 8 yr old was ok but the app that u book taxis booked me 2 taxis 1 from where i booked it n 1 from somewhere else the other driver was rude on phone n still continued to ring me while we was stood at side of rd during the accident then txt me saying use the app correctly no need for it id already spoke to him n said i was in a taxi same company i explained it wasnt my fault very rude..

Kelly in the office is the most polite and helpful person that i have to deal with and I wish I could say the same about other local firms. Drivers are also pleasant and they are mostly on time and clean vhicles. Would recommend in many ways :) Thankyou to Kelly in particualr

Usually love using you guys! However on this occasion I'm very unhappy and considering using a different firm in future. The driver we had on Saturday was extremely dangerous and impatient. He was going well above the speed limits, dangerously above in fact. 50 down a 30 road and when questioned his response was he doesn't care he's fasting? He also proceeded to go 60 down 40 roads and tailgated other vehicles. Im hoping this was a one off as the usual drivers I have from your business are normally brilliant. I have sent you this on your online contact form so you know which vehicle it's regarding, I do hope you respond as I could take it further if needed.

Unhappy this evening. After always using this company... tonight I go to book them and have been told we’ve been blocked. When I question why... they said that we did not show at the last booking. Now I particularly remember the last booking.... I’d booked a taxi on sat 23rd June. The taxi didn’t show up and when I rang your company I was told the taxi had gone to a different call... so they sent another taxi. I was happy with this, as I’d always been with Absolute.

The next day, my father (who’s house I’d ordered the taxi from on the Saturday) rang to say a taxi had arrived for me... at no point had anyone rung another taxi... none of us had gone out. When my dad questioned it the taxi driver was disgruntled... I have all of the texts confirming when I’d ordered the taxi for (on the Saturday) and then I have a copy of the calls etc confirming no call was made for the Sunday.

This can all be forgiven but then tonight I call to order a taxi, to be then told we are blocked. When I question why they said a no show. Firstly, we never ordered the taxi, even though our first taxi was a no show by the company.... secondly when someone went out to explain this to the taxi, it was dismissed... hardly a no show, thirdly I’m sure plenty of people ignore their taxi... are they blocked and if so, I’m not sure how successful a taxi company in doncaster would be. Finally I asked to have the ban lifted to be told I had to speak to the manager... what’s her name? Ann - Marie.... I asked her surname... sorry I don’t know! Seems peculiar... all we wanted was a taxi.. for approximately £10. As I explained to the gentleman on the phone... I have all the messages and traces of calls available for Absolute to see. I will be going in to see Ann Marie to find out more... would no longer recommend. Very disappointing

£10.50 from Carcroft to Askern is a fucking joke!! Absolute robbing cunts! Will never use this company again. I’m sure I was charged extra cause they arrived 15 minutes before I’d even ordered the fucking thing.. Absolute Scabs

booked a taxi through the app this evening taxi arrived at 6 minuits past and left at 9 minuits past rang up the office to ask why got a very rude lass on the phone who told me they only have to wait 5 mins if my parter was there he would have been in it i then asked for another one her reply was i never said i couldnt get you another one its on its way i said thank you she replied yeh n hung up the phone shit customer service needs to brush up on her phone manner being in a job like that very disappointed as been with you for years and always had lovely people on the phone who are always polite and helpful but tonight very rude and clever

This company is charging 25% ontop cos of bad weather this is illegal to do and the council have been informed and are going to look into it i also gave the council the recording of the call i made asking about the fares in this weather and when i challenged it been illegal the lady sed i dont know why i have informed the company i was reporting them, customer be very careful no other company in doncaster are charging extra like i say its ILLEGAL

Our night out last night was totally spoilt by this taxi firm letting us down. They were late picking up to take us to our venue and then nearly an hour late for our pick up home. 8 of us all female had to wait outside the venue at midnight in minus 3 weather . It was dark and countryside around us so we couldn't walk anywhere. We were told the taxis were on the way and the company put the phone down on us when we were asking where our taxis were. Our taxis were booked a month in advance and they did not show any care . This is the 2nd time the have done this to us so will never use them again.

Booked this company to pick my daughter up from a party on Saturday night. and just got fobbed of with delays blaming the weather, in short they left my 17 year old daughter stranded, I'll let you decide whether you want to trust these people. Because there attitude is shameful, you have been warned!

Book a taxi last night for this morning 12 hours notice to make sure my taxi arrived on time, I needed to drop one child at childminders one at school and get to work for 9 taxi turned up 20 minutes late says it wasn't his fault women in office wasn't her fault so to cut a long stories short my son now lost is 100% attendance as he was 16 minute late to school and I was 26 minutes late and the worst thing of all no one who works for this company can take any responsibility or even manage a sorry Driver was rude yes I was annoyed and we'll on my right to be
