Absolute Cosmetic Essentials (ACE) offers lean supply chain solutions for essential and vegetable oils. The basis for this approach is selling these raw materials in quantities that fit our customer's batch sizes either as single raw materials or in bespoke blends. By using this approach our customers have been able to adopt a lean supply chain. Thus, saving them money and reducing waste but also increasing the flexibility of the service they offer. In detail, these benefits are: • Reducing cash investment associated with stock holdings of these expensive raw materials. • Reduction in waste as raw materials are dispensed in quantities matching batch sizes.
