We offer an absolute costs recovery service, from preparation of the Bill of Costs and Precedent H, preparing Replies to Points of Dispute, negotiating settlement and attendance at Detailed Assessment Hearings. We also offer an enforcement service where any of our settlements have not been paid within the agreed timescale and in addition can enforce payment of costs under the predictive or portal scheme when costs have not been paid. We offer a free courier collection nationwide for the secure delivery of files and can also accept instructions and files electronically, either by secure email or the export of files through Proclaim.
