Wow what can I say they are the best wings I’ve had in a very long time service was very efficient they feed us 2 adults and a nearly 2 year old in 4-5 minutes after ordering I now love the fried chicken and waffle combo would recommend if your passing trinity to check these guys out!

Where have you been all my life? Just demolished the best chicken and waffles ever. Super quick service which worried me slightly as I thought the quality wouldn't be that good but the wrong I was. Definitely be back next time I venture in to Leeds.

THE best wings I've ever had. I gave up eating wings in Leeds because I couldn't find any half-decent places to go for them. But these guys hit it out of the ball park.

I was walking through Trinity Kitchen and immediately I could smell them, and I KNEW they were FIRE.

Once I sat down and started eating them, I became emotional. I could still feel the sweet sticky fire in my throat 25 mins after eating them.

The staff were great too, very bubbly and friendly.

Ordered a chicken Caesar wrap, three BBQ wings, side of chips, sriracha mayo and a coke. The only negative I have to to say, even though it was banging, the wings outdid the wrap.

I'm definitely returning for more wings.

Lovely staff. Stayed open a little bit later so we wouldn’t go hungry. Also, moonshine is on point.

Jesus definitely came back to life and started working here. Well, the handsome guy working there was his doppelgänger and they could definitely feed the 5000 with their bottomless wings.

I just can't. This isn't just chicken. This is like KFC and Jesus got together in a Kentucky fried orgy and produced this magnificent taste sensation. All hail the absurdity of the bird burgers �

Have visited Absurd Bird on a number of occasions when at Trinity and it's been great every time with friendly staff and great food. On our last visit me and my friend were also surprised to be presented with some cheesecake to try which was also very tasty.



Can't choose what is my favourite from the waffles, strips and burger!

Big up the guys in the kitchen for sorting me out some free food whilst I waited at work for my deliveroo order. Absolutely so tasty would 100% recommend. Great selection on the menu too �

Matty & the crew are awesome and make it fun to hang out there. Just don't let Matty do your "small amount of hot chilli sauce" for you. #megalolz #megahot. I'll be back soon....

Absolutely banging grub and service at this divine eatery. The chicken far exceeds that of fried chicken outlets I've been to in the past. Heavily stacked burgers and fried chicken cutlets that were not too dry nor greasy.

My mouth sings with delight after a sampling of their culinary delights! The price is moderate but you certainly get a bang for your buck, seeing as my taste buds were injected with a juicy smackering of poultry perfection.

The service staff, one in a cap and one with a beard, were friendly, cheerful and dare I say, cheeky with their delivery of good food and even better jokes and beguiling charm.

I truly felt at home here. If my home accommodated the sweet, sweet whiff of delicious, dead chickens and fine local Kirkstall beer.

6 stars (I'll settle for 5)

A quirky addition to the trinity kitchen boasting juicy stacked chicken burgers and staff like bearded Greek gods . I have been back time and time again



Maybe a loyalty card would be a nice addition ?

I ordered the waffle tray and a sprite, it was a little expensive but not unreasonable.

The waffles and chicken were made to a high standard, but they tasted so bland!

The buffallo burger just didn't cut it the sauce wasnt glazed over the chicken just plonked on it, the chicken wings albeit cooked their skin wasn't so these also had the same problem as the burger they wasnt glazed either just patchs of sauce which combined with the soft skin made these the worse wings i have ever had. Ive got to say i was really excited for this venue when it opened but it just doesnt deliver and is worse than alot of other options for similar food in leeds.

Just a bit of a joke really, the manager (?!) that I can only identify by looking like wolverine was just a little bit rude (I'm being polite with that). If you order one portion of wings with a crap load of dips and a few drips and pay nearly twenty quid you expect a bit of decency.... maybe not?!

Honestly how they treat their staff is shocking - why would I support a company that sacks one of their chefs (well, their head chef) with no points for improvement but just to get rid? Personally I think this is disgusting, may be acceptable in London where this 'chain' is from but it isn't how we do things in Yorkshire!
