Great place. To look at it from the outside it doesn't look like much but when you walk in its another world! Staff are very friendly and informative. The shop is split into sections: tanks for sale, fish room and then pumps, foods ect. The fish looked to be in good health and the prices are great. Lots of good equipment for sale here as well with some good deals to be had.

Getting back into tropical fishkeeping after a long break.
I have been here years ago and on returning nothing has changed , still absolutely first rate advice on set up and stocking from friendly knowledgeable staff.

Absolutely the best place in the north west or even the whole of the UK. These people really know what they are taking about. If you are thinking of buying a tropical or marine set up go here first before you purchase anything. If you already have a tank and need help go and see these guys they are brilliant.

Probably one of the best aquatics shops I've ever used. It's got a massive stock of top equipment brands and a really great selection of tanks. There's lots of good livestock and the staff have always seemed very knowledgeable. Couldn't recommend this place more!

Bought 1 male Ram which died within a few weeks then bought another which also died within a few weeks. 2 females Rams from other shops I have had for a lot longer and are fine as are the rest of the community and the water quality is very good. I wonder if some of there fish have been injected with hormones to make them look a lot healthier than they actually are. Very unreasonable when I complained about these 2 fish that had died.

Very pleasant staff. Informative and helpful even though I made it clear that I wasn't there to make a purchase. Fish for everyone one was informed that they're increasing the size of the store by 200% so plenty more space for fish. If marine fish are your thing get yourself down there sharpish!!!!!
