Does anyone have a couple of old motorcycle tyres for our neighbours @ Spire Graphics & Signs?

😳
If you find strong language offensive probably best to give this one a miss.
But, when a fan attempts to steal a bidon from your mouth while your riding immediately after riding a Tour stage - yeah.... I can sympathise with the rider’s frustration!

One for the MTB riders!

We've had a couple of bikes added to our Local Sell and Buy page on our website!
First up - this gorgeous Trek Domane - which has recently been thoroughly serviced by our fine selves ahead of the planned sale!
It's in great condition and well worth a look!

Hannah has gone home early with flu like symptoms - Owen is still at the workshop but will effectively be closed for this afternoon as he can’t take payments. Please bear with us while we work through this situation.
Many thanks - Hannah and Owen

We're absolutely fully booked this week and next and our next available workshop slot is Tuesday 4th June.

We know that there are some absolute power houses out there .... women that are strong, sharp, quick, competitive, clever, tactical and sure. Women that know how to suffer, how to work together, how to win. Whether you want to apply or whether you want to be more involved in women’s cycling - show strength and support and share this post!

Following the great reviews we had of the last event Echelon Cycles held we’re sure this will make for another great ride!

HOLY $#!T.... it’s not every day you’re presented with a NEW IN BOX @shimanoroad #9speed #duraace 11/21 cassette!!! There can’t be many of these cassettes left in this condition any more! A thing of absolute beauty for sure! Potentially going on an old @trekbikes #postalservice frame.... . . . .... . #nos #newoldstock #notforsale #shimanoduraace @rideshimano @shimano_uk

Half term isn't far away - so we've placed an order today for a couple of Frog Bikes - the lightweight kids' bike.
We'll soon have stock of a Frog 52 and a Frog 55 - so if you're thinking of getting your son or daughter a bike get in touch to arrange a time to pop in and try them for size!
We'll have the Frog 52 single speed for children aged around 5-6 who perhaps haven't got the confidence for a geared bike and also a Frog 55 for kids aged 6-7.
... If you want to buy a bike for a child who is older or younger than these age brackets just get in touch and we can advise on sizing and get one in for your little one to try for size! :)

We’ll be making a donation tomorrow morning when we get back in. This is a very tragic loss, and the air ambulance is an incredibly vital yet massively underfunded service.

Rear sheared axle man - AKA Steve D, had a great time at the Vélo Birmingham & Midlands 100 mile closed road rides last weekend.
He emailed us today to send in these photos of his medal and his fellow fundraisers.
We've had so many of you come back to us with post Velo updates and it means the world to us!
... Thanks again to everyone that came to us to get their bike serviced ahead of the event - and remember if you're planning a big adventure, sportive or fundraising ride please get in touch to get your bike checked over and serviced ahead of the event!

Unfortunately the organisers of the Velo have confirmed that there was a fatality during the course of the event today.
This is tragic news - and we ask the people do not speculate on the circumstances and await feedback from the organisers following further investigation.
We hope that all of the people we know who rode the event are safe and well and enjoyed the experience.
... Our condolences go out to the rider’s family and friends.

Wishing everyone riding the Vélo Birmingham & Midlands today a fun filled and safe ride. We want to say a big thank you to all riders who have had their bike serviced ahead of this event!
Enjoy the 100 miles of closed roads and let us know how you get on!

Remember that sheared rear axle we posted up? That belonged to Steve - who is riding the Vélo Birmingham & Midlands event tomorrow.
We've worked over many nights in the last few weeks to ensure as many riders as possible are riding bikes that are safe and enjoyable!
We did all we could to sort Steve's Boardman out, and that included new wheels, new drivetrain components and more. Now Steve can't wait to raise money tomorrow for the Primrose Hospice!
... If you'd like to support Steve with a donation for his efforts please visit his Just Giving page (we've supported him too!)
