ABOUT US
Academy was founded from passion and knowledge by a close knit team from a range of backgrounds within the entertainments and event industries and from both operational and commercial areas. The vision was to create a one stop shop for all entertaining needs whilst providing excellence and expertise from all aspects and angles.
We’ve been the performers, the pot washers, the waiters, the catering managers, the chefs, the security staff, the health and safety team, the promoters, the duty managers, the sales staff, the budget managers, the ops team and many more besides! Between the team we’ve managed or assisted in all areas of corporate events and hospitality, private functions, weddings and entertainments, working for some of the UK’s leading venues and putting together iconic events such as the Make A Wish Ball, national exhibitions and internationally acclaimed sporting events. It’s not just the experience and our word we can offer – we have a range of qualifications and accreditations across the industry from an MA in Events Management and NOEA Accreditation to the MMF Artist & Music Managers Development Programme and CIM Marketing Qualifications to name a few.
We also boast hundreds of successful weddings, parties, anniversaries, proms, awards dinners and so much more. Our team don’t just sell you an idea – they conceive it.
