Here at the Academy of cake decorating we run sugarcraft and chocolate decorating classes also baking classes for all level students from beginner to advanced . Our classrooms are fully equipped and clean , teachers are fully qualified and helpful, willing to share their knowledge and passion with everyone interested in learning the art . We cover multiple techniques, starting with sugar paste, marzipan, sugar flowers, piping and royal icing, chocolate , cake carving, airbrushing, poured, pulled and blowned sugar, sugar veil , etc.
We also run PME diploma classes , Wilton courses, speciality courses, conducted by Ribana Cristescu , head of our school , who is an approved PME teacher , award winning cake decorator , qualified pastry chef .
