Son and partner applied for place and within six weeks all done and dusted they move in next month to a beautiful two bedrooms flat in Yarm how's that for service

Absolutely a joke me daughter has been waiting months to get plastering done on her damp wall they rendered about 4 foot put uni bond on it then said that will stop it then sand and cement it so came back to skim it salt all over the wall my son's a plaster damp roofer he has put damp meter on and was flashing like a good one so they saying have to wait for the plasterer to come of the sick what a joke and now there were supposed to come today so my daughter stayed up waiting for them to come and do plastering she had just finished a 12 hours night shift so when she phoned the office they apologies and said they should not of booked him in today he's on a course so I have advised her to put a months notice in and get back home and find a better landlord the state of the damp is affecting her health so be warned about this company

MY BOLIER BROKE ON THURSDAY THE 19 OF JANUARY LEVEING US WITH NO HOT WATER OR NO REAL HEATING I PHONED MENY TIMES ...I ALSO I EXPLAINED THE MY 3YEAROLD HAS A CONDITION THAT MEANS SHE HAS LOW IMMUNE SYSTEM AND SUFFERS DIARRHEA AND SICKNES REGULA BASIS ..EACH TIME I HAVE CALLED I BEEN TOLD SOME ONE WILL CALL ME BACK AT SOME POINT THAT DAY NO ONE HAS .... WHY

Left me and my 4month old baby without use of a kitchen for 2 month until I moved out. Fly infestation caused by a sewage drain that had dropped 4inches so waste and faeces were left festering in the pipes. I became ill(Low b12, extremely low iron, low folate) after living on takeaway (spent over £400) requiring extremely painful B12 injections every 2 days and blood test every 4 weeks and high dosage of folic acid tablets for 3 month. ignored and told 'its not my responsibility' by quite a few people including Jill Armstrong the housing officer. 4month prior to this I nearly died and had to have radiation scans and 2 blood transfusions so Accent Foundation has made my health incredibly poor just as I was recovering from losing 2 1/2 pints of blood.



I was told I would recieve a bouquet of flowers (a sorry apparently) which is no way acceptable. Which I have not recieved and I saw my previous neighbours and they were given them instead of me.



Disgusting. Its a good job my daughter's diet only consists of milk as she would of been hospitalised and extremely malnourished. I had to prepare my daughters bottles in the sitting room due to the infestation which still has not been resolved. Even though I have sent photos of the drain with faeces just festering there from 2 days prior.



Accent Foundation housing association deserves to be shut down.

Ive been an accent tenant since December last year and ill never recommend accent housing to friends or family, first of all i got told no work needed doing and yet i have keepmoat in nearly every week doing jobs what should have been done before i moved in! Im highly annoyed with the service of keepmoat and accent! Keepmoat are just as bad as they dont finished jobs and sometimes never actually turn up to carry out anywork! This has been going on to long am now looking at other properties! Never been so stressed, its not fair especially on a young 21 year old girl!

I'm only giving 1 star because I can't give 0! My house is a shambles and they won't fix it, I'm not having them 'bodging' it up until next year when it's damp again. Told them numerous time my roof leaks too and still no fix. Do not rent from Accent

Dont even deserve the one start worst people to rent a gouse off i suffer with asma and bad skin and these people r leaving my bedroom walls get soaked abskoutky discusting my bedroom window has been broken since i got the keys in jan reported it 5 times still hasnt been fixed i will be taking this further shit hole of a house

Disgusted at level of help, my uncle has just passed away. Rushed into hospital Tuesday, phoned and left messages last weekend and into the week still no reply from the Warden. Been today to try and get into the property and wardens don't work weekends and accent can't let anyone in because not on site. What would have happened if my uncle had been ok and released out of hospital, intercom not working and no phone to contact.... how would he have got into his own property.... Disgusting service...not interested in helping the residents or family one bit.

Been renting for 10 year & if you need a repair they never turn up when they say
