The manager Sophie Armsby also owns Bates Roofing, who carried out repairs work to our roof 18 months ago which has not fixed our leak, and she is now ignoring any attempts for us to contact them by telephone and letter. Very unprofessional and not upholding the guarantee placed on their work. A separate company has assessed and said their work is not up to standard and will need to be redone.

Slated extension looks lovely out the window (I tried to get a good picture) I would defiantly recommend so friendly and good price ill be using you again.
