Access Self Storage Cricklewood

was told I.D to bring by Jitan,travelled all the way and told I had wrong I.D although had statement within last 3months they prejudiced against me, don't be fooled by Jitan, and short staff lady at front. Terrible service and rude, they are not trained and treat people less than human.Rumours of Jitan being racist and given favourable prices to own kind are true. Will take complaint further. Don't go here,better deals else where.

This morning I booked and pay for storage in the cricklewood branch to store my belongings, my whole flat furnitures as I'm moving.
When I came back later in the afternoon with the movers to drop my boxes and furnitures, the manager had just left (Sunday 4pm) and a lock which is not mine, that they forget to remove, was blocking the access to my storage.
I called immediately the customer services hopping that someone would at least try to help me. I was just said that I had to wait with all my belongings until tomorrow morning.
So what I'm I supposed to do now?
