I stored my stuff in a unit for a couple of months while I was between flats. Reasonable price, good facilities, and friendly and helpful staff, as well as the possibility of purchasing useful tidbits such as masking tape, padlocks, boxes etc on site. All our things were in good condition when we got them out, and we had no problems overall. Good business, would recommend!

Good place to store your things if you have things that need storing

Since change of recent management and staff this, store is not be recommended Use if you want theft of your property and your payment records tampered with .
Your goods damaged by mice and damp in the unit
Extremely rude and obnoxious new manager who does not listen to the customer and is arrogant and uses bully tactics
Due to past wonderful old manager Paul I had some property in a holding bay as agreed until more storage space could be made for it
Old manger leaves company new manger arrives
My property goes missing New manager acts suspiciously and is reluctant to advise where he has " moved " my goods
He uses bully tactics and intimidation stating I would find it hard providing proof of my property A strange thing to say if property has been" moved "
Needless to say he has not returned phone calls regarding my property
He has looked at my account and has found an overdue account which is not true but he is an impossible person to deal with or hold a conversation with regarding payments
I am told my unit charge is to be increased again , despite it only going up 3 months ago and despite being a customer for over 3 years I must now supply a large deposit, and show id again !!
I think what we have here is a store in disarray with loss of peoples goods and records and instead of respecting the customer and apologising this new manager skinner has attacked the customers to avoid making good
Do not use this store I have been shocked at the way I have been dealt with by this obnoxious new manger
I will be taking action
Avoid and use a company who actually care about standards, and customer care

Never any trollies and kinda freaky at night....
