What a lovely email to open first thing on a Thursday morning! This is from one of our service user's daughter, it reads; I would like to let you know about the excellent care our mum received from one of your ladies, Sue. Our mum was very poorly last week and we felt that Sue's care and kindness was exemplary. Sue went above and beyond her duties, assisting Mum and cleaning up after a few accidents with no complaints. Not once making mum feel as if age was a nuisance or burden and we as a family are eternally grateful. Thank you and we as a family are so pleased with all the help and support #accessiblecare give to mum and her family.
