We're changing the way people find their accommodation. We want to put that long, tedious search for a house /flat /dorm into your hands and make it faster, easier, more convenient and forever free through an app. According to the Higher Education Statistics Agency (https://www. hesa. ac. uk) there are over 2. 3 million students currently studying at a University level (including undergraduate, graduate and foundation degrees) in the UK. Currently around 27% of those students live at home leaving a staggering 73% looking for long term (10-12 months) accommodation. As graduates that have gone through this tedious process, we've experienced the challenges of finding the perfect place to live. We want to solve these issues and speed up the process for tenants, landlords and agencies. We aim to develop an intelligent and easy to use platform for agencies and landlords to manage their properties and a more convenient way to find accommodation for end users through an mobile app and website.
