Apprenticeships and Training Every year we recruit trainee operatives on recognised apprenticeship schemes. To ensure we remain at the forefront of our industry and in line with contruction innovations, we continually invest in training for our already highly skilled tradesmen. Health and Safety We are committed to maintiaining a high standard of Health and Safety in all projects we undertake. To this end we are Constructionline and CHAS accredited contractors and we have appointed UK Safety Services to adminster and advise our workforce on health and safety issues. Each of our operatives hold a CSCS or equivalent card and each of our site foremen are SSSTS and First Aid certified.
