Q: How do I book?
A: You can book via facebook, email or over the phone all details are available in the contact area.
Q: What days are your products available?
A: We are available 7 days a week including bank holidays. October to April outdoor use of our bouncy castles may be unavailable due to bad weather.
Q: Do I have to pay a deposit and how do I pay?
A: We charge a small deposit of £20 for both the bouncy castles and the hot tub, the rest is paid on the day. The deposits are none refundable. If you wish to re-schedule, your deposit may be used to book at a later date subject to availability. We accept payments through Paypal, bank transfer or cash if you prefer.
Q: Will everything be set up for me?
A: We will come and set up everything for you. You may deflate the bouncy castles throughout the day by unplugging the blower. Please ensure the bouncy castle is not in use at the time.
Q: How long does it take to sep up?
The bouncy castles take about 10 minutes set up and inflate.
Our hot tubs and gazebo are easy to set up but filling up and heating may take some time.
Q: Can I fill the hot tub up with hot water?
A: Warm water fill may be used as it will speed up optimum temperature time.
Q: How many people can fit in the hot tub?
A: Up to 6 people can fit into the hot tub depending on height and size.
Q: Can children go in the hot tub?
A: Yes, we offer great party packages for children (please see pinned post for hot tub prices and offers)
Q: Do you supply safety instructions?
A: Yes, on arrival you will be given our rules and instructions for the use of our products. You will be required to read and sign a declaration and a copy will be provided for yourself.
