I am Alex Howarth, a passionate and fully qualified practitioner of Pilates and Ballet. Following a successful career teaching in the UK's most eminent vocational schools, I am now keen to impart my knowledge and experience to promote the health benefits that both techniques can bring to people of all ages and abilities. I am a graduate of the Teachers Training Course at the Royal Ballet School and currently a Consultant for their Associate Programme. I also hold a Diploma for Body Conditioning and Remedial Exercise from internationally renowned Pilates authority Alan Herdman.
