Acklam Car Centre

These guys at Acklam have been just brilliant. The Porsche Macan they sold me is just totally perfect. They made the deal stack up OK and their attention to customer satisfaction and the quality of the car sold to me cannot be bettered. The whole team I dealt with, Mathew, John and Jason were all first class and I would recommend this firm to anyone. Cheers you guys and thanks.

Very professional and efficient. I felt extremely looked after from start to finish. The car was ready at the front of the garage for us to drive away, ready with my number plate, all of which was turned over in a very impressive time!
Everyone was very friendly especially to my 3 year old daughter, more than helpful in teaching me how the car worked and connected my phone up.

I initially visited to look for a car I had seen advertised. This had recently been sold, but whilst there, I spotted a nice Audi A6. I was approached by Jake Alexander. His manner was friendly and professional. The car looked great and performed as expected when I took it for a test drive the next day. Jake confirmed that the points I picked up during the inspection would be addressed and I was happy with the deal offered for the trade in.
Overall, this helped make my mind up and I made a decision pretty quickly. I'd like to thank Jake for making the whole process simple and friendly.

Picked my new car up last night and totally in love. Matthew was the sale guy who looked after me at Acklam car centre! I went in a few weeks ago and enquired about the car I wanted, he found me the exact car I was looking for but better. He managed to sort everything out while I was on holiday buying a car has never been so easy and stress free. He sorted me out with an amazing deal, I can’t thank Matthew enough he really did look after me from start to finish. I recently purchased a stunning Range Rover from Acklam and the experience was fantastic and hassle free from start to finish. Liam, Jake, and John were all super easy to deal with and the car itself has exceeded all my expectations. I visited Acklam Car Centre recently to have my car valued and potentially sold to the garage. I was helped through this process by Jake, who was more than helpful. Once we had come to an agreement on a price which I was very happy, we went through everything I needed to know with regards to selling to the garage. Jake made everything easy to understand and I was very happy with the service I received from him and the garage. I can 100% recommend this garage.

I was.....thinking of getting a soft top car for next summer when I found exactly what I wanted at Acklam Car Centre. It was out of my price range, so after a mental physiological shrug I abandoned the idea. Then I got a phone call from Joe Khan. He bent over backwards to try and help me. The price of my trade in was negotiated and re-negotiated over several days until it became a financial possibility, then seeing I was still struggling with the budget, he made me an offer I couldn't refuse. SOLD ! I have to say in my past negotiating with salesmen has never been a pleasant experience, I always felt that I was lucky to get away without too many extra charges added to the bill as an afterthought. Acklam Car Centre isn't like that. They were all just so helpful. I couldn't pick the car up for two weeks, No Problem. I needed to drive 200 miles to collect the car and wanted to make sure I didn't forget anything, No Problem they emailed me a list. Did they go through my trade in with much sucking of teeth, and finding of faults....No they didn't. I was taken at my word that it was in good condition. The whole experience was stress free and I felt I could trust these people. A stain was discovered in one of the cup holders of my new car, this was dispatched to the workshop where it was expertly dealt with. There was even a bunch of flowers for my wife. Unfortunately when I got home I discovered that the bonnet release cable had become detached. They could have said "It was all right when it left here"; they didn't. They said "take it to your local garage get it fixed, we will pay". If your looking for a garage that isn't there to just to get as much money out of you as they can, and that genuinely wants you to enjoy the experience of changing your car go to the Acklam Car Centre. Would never go anywhere else now! All the guys in here are friendly and Matthew is a credit to Acklam car centre! Aside from the beautiful car we just bought, we got a fantastic price for our trade in, I really feel like we came away with a great deal and these guys really looked after us. They want you to come back for your next car so they treat you VERY well!! They are lots of fun too! Going car shopping with 3 young children isn't easy but they made us feel welcome and bought the kids chocolate's, drinks and even a lovely bunch of flowers for my little girl!! Overall great experience I've never had at any other garage!! Oh and well chuffed with the new car of course! x

The service I received was great. The process was quick and efficient and the staff were helpful. Jake the salesman was especially warm and welcoming and was knowledgeable about the car which I was interested in and put no pressure on me. When my car was ready to collect I was collected from my home by someone who worked at the car centre- this was especially helpful. I received all the information I needed and I am pleased with my new car.

Picked up our new car today and the service we have received is second to none. The staff are really helpful and know their stuff. Excellent service, very friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Having just sold my BMW to Acklam Car Centre, I would highly recommend this car dealership. Chris at Acklam Car Centre offered me a very good price for my car and took the time to answer all my questions, giving me sound and helpful advice throughout. Chris arranged for my car to be collected from my house, which was convenient for me and the collection was carried out in a very professionally and efficient manner. The entire transaction from start to finish went very smoothly and this put my mind at ease - especially knowing that I was dealing with a reputable car dealership and staff who put customer care as a top priority.
