My name is Lorraine Langridge. I am a qualified, experienced counsellor and registered member of the BACP. I provide high quality counselling to individuals of all ages within a well established and friendly clinic.
Life can become difficult, you may feel depressed, suffer anxiety, a bereveavement can feel overwhelming or you sense that your mental health is not quite right or maybe your relationships are causing you distress or your childhood is making you miserable in adult life. Counselling can help you explore, understand, perhaps accept and then move on from such issues. If you feel ready to consider counselling then you are on the road to change which can be daunting as well as exciting! My aim is to support whatever you may bring to sessions, to walk beside you as a supportive, friendly and ethical practitioner that will value your journey and hopefully help you understand who you are and what you can become.
