Acorn Lodge Care Home Description
Acorn Lodge care home offers luxury residential and dementia care on the outskirts of Nuneaton. The home is managed by leading care provider Avery Healthcare.
At Avery, we always uphold and respect the decisions made by our residents regarding being on social media. We make sure to have signed permission forms for all Avery residents pictured on our social media platforms. We do not upload any photographs of residents who do not wish to be pictured on our social media.
Reviews
We've had a great time getting creative so far this week, from planting sunflowers to some incredible crafts with Creative Mojo Crafts. We can't wait to get Acorn Lodge looking even more colourful!¤ī╗¤”ŗ
The Pet Therapy session went down fantastic with our residents yesterday. Animals can really make a difference, from cute furry rabbits to (not so) scary snakes and lizards! ¤É░¤ÉŹ¤śä

Big thanks to the Nuneaton Ukulele Jam Band, once again our residents had a fantastic time singing along!

We know that music is now recognized as a valuable way of reducing distress and anxiety, whilst improving well-being for residents living with dementia. So we are very proud to now be a certified Playlist for Life Home!
Playlist for Life helps our staff to work with a resident and their family to create a personalized musical playlist of their life. The charity, founded in 2013, promotes the importance of engaging in very personal ways with residents and understanding more about them as individuals.

ItŌĆÖs that time of year again and our residents have had such fun drawing our Christmas raffle today. Congratulations to all our lucky winners. Acorn Lodge would like to thank everyone for their ongoing support. We managed to raise a whooping ┬Ż447.63p for our residents funds.

The talented Nuneaton Ukulele Jam Band will be joining us this weekend to play some ukulele classics and we'd love for you to join us!
