AcroYoga Sanctuary is happy to host a lovely Acroyoga Retreat in Cornwall.
Pinkery is set in the picturesque open moorland of Exmoor National Park. You’ll love the views and the seclusion with fantastic walks straight out the door. .
... Acroyoga Classes will be lead by the AcroYoga Teachers Angelo Tormena, Lee Evans and Alison Hadley. In the morning we will wake up with some gentle Yoga and after the Acroyoga Workshops we will stretch with amazing Thai massage Sessions.
SCHEDULE:
8-9am Yoga Class 9-10am Breakfast 10-12am Acroyoga Class 12-3pm Lunch/Free time 3-5pm Acroyoga Jam or walk in nature (not compulsory) 5-7pm Thai Massage Class 7pm-8pm Dinner Evening: Social games

Classes open to all levels, even total beginners, we will split the classes in Beginners and Intermediate/advanced. NO PARTNER REQUIRED

Price include the accomodation, 3 vegetarian/vegan meals and all the workshops.
There are many bedrooms available, each of them has 4 single beds available in Bunk Bed configuration. Can be paid altogether or with a deposit of £100 and the rest by the 1st of February.

I had some individual classes with Angelo and I would really recommend him to anyone (particularly for complete new beginners like me). He is an amazing instructor and take the time to explain every sequence in detail so you you can build gradually confidence .

I had no idea of what acroyoga was. Then i saw the video and thought i would never have managed. Finally i gave it a go and fell in love! #sofun

Equal parts playful and challenging (plus Angelo never runs out of variations), so group classes are accessible but certainly demanding too haha Recommend for all levels!

Delighted with the treatment received by Angelo Tormena during my 1 to 1 class. He offers you a lot of confidence and you can see your evolution from the beginning to the end of the session. A totally recommendable experience, I Will repeat for sure!

Angelo is a master teacher. He pays careful to the anatomy and position of the body but at the same time he pushes and encourages you to try poses you did not know you could do! Thank to him I got impressive improvements in such short time and I also feel my self confidence is growing up day after day. Excellent and healthy activity for both body and mind.

Angelo Tormena, founder of Acroyoga Sanctuary. Other than being a really fun teacher to work with in one on ones, it's obvious he LOVES acro. He's always looking to try new things and his hunger for acro knowledge is amazing. It's difficult to find one with as much dedication or passion for acro as an art - which always makes me chuckle because it's really endearing.



He is kind and patient when you work together, alongside being very precise in his instructions for teaching. I have seen him in settings working with beginners as well as more advanced yogis, and he's extremely consistent.



Angelo has become a dear friend in the process of practicing together, and I would recommend playing with him to anyone. If you want to progress with a safe, understanding and nurturing teacher, he's the guy to go to.



Don't take my word for it only - if you try book a session with him one on one, you'll see how ram packed his schedule is! He is definitely in high demand!
