best of luck to everyone doing Bovington stages this weekend .especially Gary Le Coadou in his ex Dani Sordo Hyundai I20 wrc car, i had the pleasure of putting a MSA log book on the car and it is a fantastic bit of engineering kit and Gary's is really mint for a car that done WRC events, :)

Well that's the Autocrossing season finished with, and what a good event it was, this coming weekend on Sunday is the Sprint meeting up at Clay pigeon raceway between Yeovil and Dorchester, starts about 9 so come along and have a look , you might be tempted to have a go next year, 20th of this month the Classic RAC rally tour comes our way with visits to Wiscombe for spectating and a cheeky run up Porlock , 6r4's Quatros manta's Opel, MK1 and MK2 escorts sunbeams ,Stratos ...ect ,ect, then at the end of the month we have the exmoor Targa rally in and around the classic somerset stages forests and 4 runs up the toll road , 70 odd cars doing it so still lots to see, dont forget to give us a shout for any equipment running out of life at the end of this year, Helmets with Snell 2005 will be out this year any quieries on any other gear let me know , Cheers Andy

what a wet day for Rally day at Castle Coombe, let's hope its better for the last round of the Autocross championship held next weekend down near Willmington between Honiton and Axminster postcode EX137EU over 50 entries so far, come and have a look or have a go so long as your car meets the regs, its very good fun and you wont find a more sociable lot of people as well , all good fun 🙂🙂

next event is the Autocross at East Allington on the 15th and 16th Sept, dig out your rally car and have a go ?? , 2 days racing for 120.00 has to be right, you can also do the production car class in all sorts of cars so have a look on line and come have a go, 😀

wiscombe hillclimbe in a few weeks time 1st and 2nd Sept , not to far to go for a days relaxed motorsport .

well smeatharpe was a well-run event with good feedback from everyone, no WRC cars this time so everything to play for ,!!! the layout of the stages was very flowing and good to drive not like your usual smaetharpe point and squirt,so apart from the drizzle it was a good day ,,,,,next up is this weekend is the 2 day autocross at North Tawton just past crediton , 2 days of racing for just over £100. open to all classes, :)

anybody out this weekend on 18inch tarmac tyres ??? we have a Mint set of 4 Pirelli Monte Tarmac snow tyres , they have only done 1 stage so are really just scrubbed. tread looks like an intermediate pattern tarmac tyre with extra factory moulded very fine slits in the blocks of rubber so they heat up and work when its very cold perfect for very cold conditions where its snowy or wet and dirty, Pembrey coast road when wet !!!! Brean, over £200 new, £100 each for cash job . also 4 S/H Good Hankook 18inch T92 £60.and 4 x good T91 £50.also some T51 18inch at £60,,, be good for the summer.
