Offering free, open access Mutual Aid meetings for people in recovery from addiction to Drugs and Alcohol. Run entirely by peers who are in recovery themselves and available across England. Our approach to recovery is about building a life worth living by learning to focus on behaviour and what you can change. Noticing the difference between what you can and cannot change is the key to developing recovery. It is a scientific and systematic approach to developing the right skills as derived from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Using the ACT Matrix makes the approach into a skills training model that is simple and fast to learn.
