Acting For Screen

Acting For Screen teaches new and experienced actors to hone their acting skills in front of the camera!

Established by Irish actor, writer and Producer, Louise Osbourne created Acing For Screen as the only such workship which is currently running in Birmingham in the United Kingdom.

Acting for Screen runs classes at the Midland Arts Centre (MAC) and operates12 weekly classes where group members will participate in a range of pertinent activities from improvisation to script work which are all filmed on camera.

Running two different courses, Acting For Screen will have one course focusing on training actors to hone their skills in front of the camera and the other for beginners who wish to be trained in the specific art form.

Every week students will have the opportunity to watch their work on screen and upon completion of the course achievements and goals in conquering how to act completely naturally in front of a camera will have been reached.
