Showing the tenant they are moving into a quality property from a reputable and safety conscious landlord. Our Landlord and Tenant Handbook, is an A4 full colour publication that contains a unique combination of vital and useful information for the tenant. The content includes legislative information, health and safety information and a log for recording testing and inspections of safety equipment such as smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms. It is our belief that every tenant should have one.
