Action Talent is a social enterprise recruitment agency that aims to achieve positive social outcomes while supporting the work of its parent charity, Action West London. Action Talent's mission is to support talented and qualified individuals from disadvantaged and BAME backgrounds into high quality work that is deserving of their level of education and skills. The proposition we offer simultaneously benefits the three parties involved. We open opportunities to our candidates that they may not normally have access to due to a lack of awareness or social capitalWe can offer CV and interview coaching to our candidates prior to application and in work support if requested. We support employers to become more diverse and inclusive to help their offices reflect the community and city they operate in. Businesses can enhance their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by including us, a social enterprise and charity, in their supply chain. The profits made are split between developing Action Talent and financing the charitable activities of Action West London.
