Activ8-n-Crea8 youth project is a local Youth and Community organisation, formed by experienced and qualified Youth Workers, collectively we have over fifty years of experience in employment training and youth & community work.

Our vision is to deliver non-discriminatory, high quality youth work to the community. We have a proven track record of positive results.
The staff team have crucial on-the-job experience of working with young people with special needs, young offenders and young people entering into gangs and gang culture.

We specialise in working with NEET (not in education, employment or training) and young offenders. Our youth project addresses social, environmental, emotional, and economic issues.

Our ethos is steered by the belief that it is possible to overcome obstacles and disadvantages, through proactive development of social, economic, and personal change, which is achieved through self-empowerment supported by dedicated practitioners.

We develop positive relationships with young people and the wider community, enabling us to deliver a model of good practice, as recognised by the National Youth Agency (NYA).
